The Summit Partners became companies Hartmann GmbH, Haarslev Industries, Evonik Chemistry, Sealed Air Caustic, Big Dutchman, AGM Intertrade, Vet Superior Group, JSC Russian Export Center.
The Summit was held in the run-up to the International Investment Forum Sochi 2016 and, as the deputy head of the city of Sochi, Oleg Yasyuk, said in an official message, "The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation believes that the Summit would have a positive impact on the further development of the country's agro- food complex."
The plenary session was attended by the assistant to the head of the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Supervision (Rosselkhoznadzor) Alexei Alekseenko, the acting minister of agriculture and processing industry of the Krasnodar Territory Sergei Orlenko and others.
The plenary session was moderated by the Chairman of the Council of the Stolypin Prize Musheg Mamikonyan. “The holding of the International Summit in Sochi, where global tasks and Russia's participation in international food trade can be discussed, brings together the views of experts, companies in understanding and more precise formalization of their strategies and sectors of the Russian agroindustrial complex, he stressed. - Russia in the food sphere is not only an importer but also an exporter, our country is aimed at openness and can make a significant material and intellectual contribution to the solution of tasks formalized by the UN in the field of sustainable development.”
Separate sections of the Summit were devoted to agricultural products export support, feed production, development of aquaculture and fish processing, pork and poultry production, as well as trends of brand technologies in modern conditions. Within the frames of the Summit there were an interesting exhibition, presented by Hartmann GmbH, Haarslev Industries, Evonik Chemistry, Big Dutchman, Eurovet, Partner Team, HF Group, Vetprom, Zucami Poultry Equipment, BASF, BASF Construction Systems, Ceresco Nutrition, All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Fisheries and Oceanography, Matsesta Tea Factory named Konstantin Turshu and others.
Also, during the event, a solemn ceremony of presenting the National Quality Award to manufacturers and companies-owners of the best brands by the National
Consumer Protection Union was held. According to independent tests on product quality
analysis conducted by the National Consumer Protection Union, the first owners of the
National Quality Prize for 2016 were OOO "Matsesta Tea Factory named Konstantin
Turshu" for products under the trademark "Krasnodar Tea", CJSC "Trade House Belaya
Ptitsa" for poultry meat under the trademark "Belaya Ptitsa" and JSC "ARAX
Trnchnafabrika" for the chicken-gherkin under the trade mark "ECO", as well as caviar
salmon and trout fillet produced by IE Fedorenko N.V.
